Bu defa y\u00fckleme kontrolleri ile gelen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin, sipari\u015fi verilen \u00fcr\u00fcn olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve gerekli b\u00fct\u00fcn kalite ve g\u00fcvenlik kriterlerini sa\u011flay\u0131p sa\u011flamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fletmelerin yapt\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 y\u00fckleme \u00f6ncesi kontroller ve bu s\u0131rada uygulanan testler ve kontrol y\u00f6ntemleri, \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin kalitesi ve tasar\u0131m\u0131 konusunda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da s\u0131ralanan risklere kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fcvence sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>Sipari\u015fi verilen \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00f6zelliklerine uymayan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin y\u00fcklenmi\u015f olmas\u0131 riski<br \/>\nDo\u011fru olmayan, ge\u00e7ersiz veya sahte olarak olu\u015fturulmu\u015f sertifikasyon i\u015faretleri riski<br \/>\nY\u00fcklenen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin ba\u015fta tespit edilen kalite ve g\u00fcvenlik ko\u015fullar\u0131na uymamas\u0131 riski<br \/>\nY\u00fcklenen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde, olas\u0131 yap\u0131sal, g\u00f6rsel, teknik, fonksiyonel ya da g\u00fcvenlik hatalar\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131 riski<br \/>\nY\u00fckleme \u00f6ncesinde yap\u0131lan kontrol \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n belli ba\u015fl\u0131 a\u015famalar\u0131 \u015funlar olmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>Paketleme ya da ambalajlama \u015feklinin kontrol\u00fc<br \/>\n\u00dcr\u00fcnlerin estetik kontrol\u00fc<br \/>\nKullan\u0131m k\u0131lavuzlar\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131<br \/>\n\u00dcr\u00fcnlerin fonksiyonel y\u00f6nden kontrol edilmesi<br \/>\n\u00dcr\u00fcnlerin g\u00fcvenlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kontrol edilmesi<br \/>\n\u00dcr\u00fcnlerin standartlara uygunlu\u011funun kontrol edilmesi<br \/>\n\u00dcr\u00fcnlerin CE, CB ve benzeri yasal d\u00fczenlemelere uygun oldu\u011funun kontrol edilmesi<br \/>\n\u00dcr\u00fcnlerin m\u00fc\u015fteri \u00f6zel taleplerine uygun oldu\u011funun kontrol edilmesi<br \/>\nY\u00fckleme kontrolleri yap\u0131lan \u00fcr\u00fcnler e\u011fer standartlara, yasal d\u00fczenlemelere, m\u00fc\u015fteri kriterlerine veya aranan ba\u015fka ko\u015fullara uygun bulunmam\u0131\u015fsa, bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin rededilmesi gerekmektedir. Reddedilen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin i\u015fletme taraf\u0131ndan m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse d\u00fczeltilmesi, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011filse yeninden \u00fcretilmesi gerekmektedir. Gerekli d\u00fczeltmeler yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra bu \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7in yeniden y\u00fckleme kontrolleri yap\u0131lmak zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcr\u00fcnlerin y\u00fckleme \u00f6ncesinde kontrol edilmesi m\u00fc\u015fteriler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik \u00f6neme sahiptir. Tarafs\u0131z uzmanlar taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lacak bir denetim \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.
