Yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lan yang\u0131n dolab\u0131 genellikle i\u015fletmelerde, binalarda, okullarda, hastanelerde ve otellerde kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131rlar.\u00a0Yang\u0131n dolaplar\u0131 her kata konulan ve aralar\u0131 30 metre mesafe bulunur.<\/p>\n<p>Yang\u0131n tesisat\u0131 \u00f6nemli oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in her an \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r durumda olmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir. Her an \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r durumda olmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in de bak\u0131m ve kontrollerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Yang\u0131n dolaplar\u0131na yap\u0131lacak kontrollerde bas\u0131n\u00e7 testi ve su ka\u00e7ak testi yap\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\nYang\u0131n dolab\u0131 \u201c\u0130\u015f Ekipmanlar\u0131 Kullan\u0131m\u0131nda Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve G\u00fcvenlik \u015eartlar\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u201d ne ve \u201cBinalar\u0131n yang\u0131ndan Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131ndaki Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe\u201d tabiidir. Bu y\u00f6netmelikte belirtilen ilgili standartlarda aksi belirtilmedi\u011fi s\u00fcrece, tesisatlar\u0131n periyodik kontrolleri y\u0131lda bir yap\u0131l\u0131r. Yang\u0131n dolaplar\u0131n\u0131n kontrolleri yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme cihaz\u0131 ekipmanlar\u0131 TSE ISO\/TS 11602-2 standart\u0131nda belirtilen kriterlere uygun olarak yap\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\nKapsam\u0131 periyodik kontrolle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmayan standartlar i\u00e7in periyodik kontrole ili\u015fkin h\u00fck\u00fcmler uygulanacak, imalata y\u00f6nelik test ve deneyler uygulanmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015f Ekipmanlar\u0131 Kullan\u0131m\u0131nda Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve G\u00fcvenlik \u015eartlar\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin amac\u0131, i\u015f yerinde i\u015f ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile ilgili sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik y\u00f6n\u00fcnden uyulmas\u0131 gerekli asgari \u015fartlar\u0131 belirlemektir. 20\/6\/2012 tarihli ve 6331 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kanunu kapsam\u0131na giren t\u00fcm i\u015f yerlerini kapsar.<br \/>\n6331 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kanununun 30 ve 31 inci maddeleri ile 9\/1\/1985 tarihli ve 3146 say\u0131l\u0131 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Te\u015fkilat ve G\u00f6revleri Hakk\u0131nda Kanunun 2 ve 12 nci maddelerine dayan\u0131larak ve 3\/10\/2009 tarihli ve 2009\/104\/EC say\u0131l\u0131 Avrupa Birli\u011fi Direktifine paralel olarak haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Binalar\u0131n Yang\u0131ndan Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6netmelik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin amac\u0131; kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131, \u00f6zel kurulu\u015flar ve ger\u00e7ek ki\u015filerce kullan\u0131lan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yap\u0131, bina, tesis ve i\u015fletmenin, tasar\u0131m\u0131, yap\u0131m\u0131, i\u015fletimi, bak\u0131m\u0131 ve kullan\u0131m\u0131 safhalar\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kabilecek yang\u0131nlar\u0131n en aza indirilmesini ve herhangi bir \u015fekilde \u00e7\u0131kabilecek yang\u0131n\u0131n can ve mal kayb\u0131n\u0131 en aza indirerek s\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclmesini sa\u011flamak \u00fczere, yang\u0131n \u00f6ncesinde ve s\u0131ras\u0131nda al\u0131nacak tedbirlerin, organizasyonun, e\u011fitimin ve denetimin usul ve esaslar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sabit boru tesisat\u0131 ve yang\u0131n dolaplar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MADDE 94- Tesisat\u0131n amac\u0131, bina i\u00e7inde yang\u0131n ile m\u00fccadelede g\u00fcvenilir ve yeterli suyun sa\u011flanmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in, bina i\u00e7inde itfaiye su alma hatt\u0131 ve yang\u0131n dolaplar\u0131 tesis edilir:<\/p>\n<p>a) \u0130tfaiye su alma hatt\u0131; yang\u0131n ile m\u00fccadelede, itfaiye personeli ve e\u011fitilmi\u015f personel taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere tesis edilir. \u0130tfaiye su alma hatt\u0131 tesisinde a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen \u015fartlara uyulur:<br \/>\n1) Y\u00fcksek binalar ile kat alan\u0131 1000 m2\u2019den fazla olan al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezlerinde, otoparklarda ve benzeri yerlerde \u0131slak veya kuru sabit boru sistemi \u00fczerinde, itfaiye personelinin ve e\u011fitilmi\u015f personelin kullan\u0131m\u0131na imk\u00e2n sa\u011flayan ba\u011flant\u0131 a\u011f\u0131zlar\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 veya bu ba\u011flant\u0131 a\u011f\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131n ka\u00e7\u0131\u015f merdiveni veya yang\u0131n g\u00fcvenlik hol\u00fc gibi korunmu\u015f mek\u00e2nlarda olmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r.<br \/>\n2) Herhangi bir noktadan su alma a\u011fz\u0131na olan mesafe 60 m\u2019den fazla olamaz.<br \/>\n3) Sabit boru tesisat\u0131 \u00fczerinde bulunan b\u00fct\u00fcn hortum ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131, itfaiyenin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 normlarda storz tip 50 mm veya 65 mm \u00e7ap\u0131nda olur.<br \/>\n4) Ba\u011flant\u0131 a\u011f\u0131zlar\u0131n\u0131n, binan\u0131n ya\u011fmurlama ve yang\u0131n dolaplar\u0131 sistemine suyu sa\u011flayan sabit boru tesisat\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde, bu ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131n ana kolonlar \u00fczerinden do\u011frudan yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>b) Yang\u0131n dolaplar\u0131 tesisat\u0131; bina i\u00e7indeki ki\u015filerin yak\u0131ndaki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir yang\u0131n\u0131 kontrol etmesini ve s\u00f6nd\u00fcrmesini sa\u011flayabilmek \u00fczere, bina i\u00e7ine tesis edilen sabit bir tesisat\u0131 ifade eder. Tesisat, duvarlar \u00fczerine veya kabinler i\u00e7ine monte edilmi\u015f ve kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak bir su temin tesisat\u0131na ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olan sabit birimlerden olu\u015fur. Yang\u0131n dolaplar\u0131n\u0131n tesisinde a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fartlara uyulur:<br \/>\n1) Y\u00fcksek binalar ile toplam kapal\u0131 kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 1000 m2\u2019den b\u00fcy\u00fck imalathane, at\u00f6lye, depo, otel, motel, sa\u011fl\u0131k, toplanma ama\u00e7l\u0131 ve e\u011fitim binalar\u0131nda ve kapal\u0131 kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 2000 m2\u2019den b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00fct\u00fcn binalarda yang\u0131n dolab\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 mecburidir.<br \/>\n2) Yang\u0131n dolaplar\u0131, her katta ve yang\u0131n duvarlar\u0131 ile ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f her b\u00f6l\u00fcmde aralar\u0131ndaki uzakl\u0131k 30 m\u2019den fazla olmayacak \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenir. Yang\u0131n dolaplar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar koridor \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve merdiven sahanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yak\u0131n\u0131na kolayl\u0131kla g\u00f6r\u00fclebilecek \u015fekilde yerle\u015ftirilir. Binan\u0131n ya\u011fmurlama sistemi ile korunmas\u0131 ve katlara itfaiye su alma a\u011fz\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde, yang\u0131n dolaplar\u0131, \u0131slak tip ya\u011fmurlama bran\u015fman hatt\u0131ndan beslenebilir ve aralar\u0131ndaki uzakl\u0131k 45 m\u2019ye kadar \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131labilir.<br \/>\n3) Hortumlar\u0131n sakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 dolab\u0131n ve kabinlerin gerekli cihazlar\u0131n d\u00f6\u015fenmesine izin verecek b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckte olmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n yang\u0131n s\u0131ras\u0131nda hortum ve cihazlar\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131rmayacak \u015fekilde tasarlanmas\u0131 ve sadece yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme amac\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir.<br \/>\n4) Hortumlar\u0131 serme ve ba\u011flama gibi becerilere sahip e\u011fitilmi\u015f personeli veya itfaiye g\u00f6revlisi olmayan yap\u0131larda, yuvarlak yar\u0131-sert hortumlu yang\u0131n dolaplar\u0131n\u0131n TS EN 671-1\u2032 e uygun olmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r. Hortumun, yuvarlak yar\u0131-sert TS EN 694 normuna uygun, \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n 25 mm olmas\u0131, uzunlu\u011funun 30 m\u2019yi a\u015fmamas\u0131 ve l\u00fcle (lans) kapama, p\u00fcsk\u00fcrtme veya f\u0131skiye veyahut her \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fc birden yapabilmesi gerekir.<br \/>\n5) \u0130\u00e7inde itfaiye su alma a\u011fz\u0131 olmayan yuvarlak yar\u0131-sert hortumlu yang\u0131n dolaplar\u0131nda tasar\u0131m debisinin 100 l\/dak ve l\u00fcle giri\u015findeki bas\u0131nc\u0131n 400 kPa olmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r. L\u00fcle giri\u015findeki bas\u0131nc\u0131n 700 kPa\u2019\u0131 ge\u00e7mesi h\u00e2linde, bas\u0131n\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. Bu tip sistem tek ba\u015f\u0131na sadece D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck Tehlike ve Orta Tehlike-1 tehlike s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131nda kullan\u0131labilir.<br \/>\n6) Yeti\u015fmi\u015f yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme g\u00f6revlisi bulundurulmak mecburiyetinde olan yap\u0131larda kullan\u0131labilecek yass\u0131 hortumlu yang\u0131n dolaplar\u0131n\u0131n TS EN 671-2 standard\u0131na uygun olmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r. Yass\u0131 hortumun; anma \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n 50 mm\u2019yi, uzunlu\u011funun 20 m\u2019yi ge\u00e7memesi ve l\u00fcle kapama, p\u00fcsk\u00fcrtme veya f\u0131skiye veyahut her \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fc birden yapabilmesi gerekir. Dolap tasar\u0131m debisinin 400 l\/dak ve l\u00fcle giri\u015findeki bas\u0131nc\u0131n 600 kPa olmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r.
