Belge 3 y\u0131ll\u0131kt\u0131r. Her y\u0131l ara g\u00f6zetim yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. SA8000 belgesine sahip kurulu\u015f sistemini s\u00fcrekli iyile\u015ftirmeli sistematik de\u011fi\u015fim i\u00e7erisine i\u015f\u00e7i kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 da dahil etmelidir. Belgelendirme denetimleri tesissisi yeri ve b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u015f\u00e7i say\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. Denetim 2 a\u015famal\u0131d\u0131r ilk a\u015famada kapsam ve kurulu\u015fu tan\u0131makla ilgilidir.
