GLP \u0130yi Laboratuvar Uygulamalar\u0131 Sistemi\u2019ne sahip laboratuvarlar, test sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ortaya koymu\u015f olmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nGLP \u0130yi Laboratuvar Uygulamalar\u0131 Sistemi \u2019nin amac\u0131, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya \u00e7evre bak\u0131m\u0131ndan veri toplanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik faaliyetlerin yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 veya \u00f6zelliklerinin tespit edilmesi gereken maddelerin incelenece\u011fi laboratuvarlar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n planlanmas\u0131, y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi, takip edilmesi, kaydedilmesi ve raporlanmas\u0131 ile ilgili esaslar\u0131 belirlemektir.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun i\u00e7inde belli standartlar ve kriterler olu\u015fturulup bunlara uyulmas\u0131 ve tam bir dok\u00fcmantasyon sisteminin kurulmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirmektedir. GLP \u0130yi Laboratuvar Uygulamalar\u0131 Sistemi temel prensipleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ba\u015fl\u0131klar alt\u0131nda toplanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Laboratuvar y\u00f6netimi ve personel: Labortuvar\u0131n, GLP \u0130yi Laboratuvar Uygulamalar\u0131 Sistemi prensiplerine uygun davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 takip etmek ve denetlemek, laboratuvar personelinin sorumlulu\u011fudur.<\/p>\n<p>Kalite g\u00fcvence program\u0131: Sistemin prensiplerine uygun faaliyet g\u00f6sterebilmek i\u00e7in laboratuvarlar dok\u00fcmante edilmi\u015f kalite g\u00fcvence program\u0131na sahip olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laboratuvarlar:<\/strong> Laboratuvarlar\u0131nda belli bir fiziksel yap\u0131da ve uygun ebatta olmas\u0131 beklenir ve test sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 etkileyecek fakt\u00f6rleri en aza indirecek ve rahat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma imkan\u0131 verecek b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckte ve yap\u0131da olmal\u0131d\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ara\u00e7 gere\u00e7, malzeme ve reaktifler:<\/strong> \u00c7evresel fakt\u00f6rlerin kontrol\u00fc, verilerin toplanmas\u0131, saklanmas\u0131 ve yeniden kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan ara\u00e7 ve gere\u00e7ler ve bilgisayarl\u0131 sistemler uygun \u015fekilde yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Test sistemleri:<\/strong> Fiziksel ve kimyasal b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn testler esnas\u0131nda sa\u011flanmas\u0131 beklenir.
