Manufacturers can achieve compliance by applying relevant <strong data-start=\"1548\" data-end=\"1572\">harmonized standards<\/strong> or specifications.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1593\" data-end=\"1596\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1670\"><strong data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1670\">WHAT SHOULD THE TECHNICAL FILE (TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION) INCLUDE?<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"1672\" data-end=\"2051\">EU harmonized directives require manufacturers to prepare a technical file that proves product conformity with essential requirements. This file must be kept for <strong data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1846\">10 years<\/strong>.
