Loading Inspections
THIRD-PARTY AUDITS
Loading inspections refer to the process of checking whether products that have been manufactured and prepared for shipment meet the criteria and conditions established by the company, based on selected samples.
Loading inspections are also performed from the customer’s perspective. In this case, loading inspections aim to verify whether the received products match the ordered items and whether they meet all required quality and safety criteria.
The pre-loading inspections conducted by companies, along with the tests and control methods applied during this process, provide assurance against the following risks regarding product quality and design:
- Risk of loading products that do not comply with the specified order requirements
- Risk of incorrect, invalid, or counterfeit certification markings
- Risk of loaded products failing to meet initial quality and safety conditions
- Risk of possible structural, visual, technical, functional, or safety defects in the loaded products
The main stages of loading inspections include:
- Checking packaging and labeling
- Aesthetic inspection of the products
- Verifying the presence of user manuals
- Functional testing of the products
- Safety inspection
- Verification of product compliance with relevant standards
- Checking conformity to CE, CB, and similar regulatory requirements
- Assessing compliance with customer-specific requirements
If the products inspected during loading do not comply with standards, legal regulations, customer criteria, or other required conditions, they must be rejected. Rejected products must be corrected or, if not possible, reproduced by the manufacturer. After corrective actions are taken, the products must undergo loading inspections again.
Pre-loading inspections are critically important for customers. Independent audits conducted by neutral experts play a significant role. Trust is good — but verification is essential.
Within the scope of audit services, our organization provides third-party inspection services to businesses and conducts loading inspections accordingly. All activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal regulations, national and international standards, and widely accepted audit methodologies.
