Technical Compliance Certificate

A Technical Compliance Certificate is issued after conducting occupational health and safety evaluations and technical inspections at the specified locations. This report confirms that the installed machinery is technically suitable and operational following the installation.

In accordance with the Regulation on “Health and Safety Requirements for the Use of Work Equipment” published by the Ministry of Environment and Social Security in the Official Gazette dated 25.04.2013 and numbered 28628, both the machinery and the working environment are examined to determine their technical compliance.
