GWO BTT Installation Module Training

The total duration of this training is 1 day.

Overview:
The GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT) Installation Module aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to perform basic installation tasks under the supervision of an experienced technician, following safe work procedures and using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

After successfully completing the course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify key installation activities
  • Recognize general risks and hazards in installation environments
  • Understand and apply checklist systems throughout the installation process
  • Explain the characteristics of installation environments
  • Understand the principles and standards of transporting and storing components before and after installation
  • Recognize the basic principles of lifting operations
  • Describe the main preparation steps for key components before installation
  • Perform basic mechanical completion tasks
  • Understand and perform basic electrical completion tasks, including cable routing and installation
  • Describe the fundamentals of hydraulic completion
  • Operate external generators during installation
  • Recognize commissioning principles and the fundamentals of handover procedures
